Everest Systems’s Sub-Processors are listed in the table below and are subject to change at any time. The terms of the DPA will apply to any new Sub-Processor. Subscriber acknowledges that the Sub-Processors, located on this website or any successor website, may be updated periodically with new Sub-Processor. Notification of new Sub-Processors will be deemed provided upon posting to the website.
(*) If not explicitly stated in the Order Form the Standard Location of Sub-Processor as listed below apply. If explicetly stated in the Order Form that customer requests the EU Data Hosting, the locations marked below under "EU Data Hosting Option" applies.
